About Navin

Navin Krishnan is the Managing Director and Founder of Terra Insight Pvt. Ltd., the company building TransactIG — reconciliation infrastructure for high-volume Indian businesses. His career spans some of India's most demanding operational and strategic environments: Amazon India, Intuit (QuickBooks), Tata nexarc, and Bosch — always at the intersection of data complexity, commercial scale, and execution rigour.

At Amazon India, Navin operated inside one of the country's most data-intensive supply chains — managing inventory and availability across a USD 1.8 billion business spanning 20+ categories and impacting over 20,000 sellers on the marketplace. He led teams at Amazon's largest fulfillment facility in India, establishing processes that sustained 50 million+ inventory moves per month and setting outbound volume records during the Great Indian Freedom Sale and Diwali Sale 2015.

At Intuit, he built the Sales Operations and Business Analytics function for QuickBooks India from the ground up — owning sales planning, Salesforce automation, customer behaviour analytics, and predictive retention modelling. He subsequently moved into Intuit's Global Expansion team, working on the new-market entry playbook and anchoring it in product-market fit, unit economics, and long-run operating sustainability.

At Tata nexarc (Tata Group), Navin established the Business Analytics, Sales Operations, and GTM Strategy functions for a zero-to-one business — hiring the teams, designing the systems, and working directly with CXOs on annual operating plans and growth architecture across a rapidly scaling organisation.

The thread across all of it: how raw data becomes operational judgment, how complex signals are made interpretable, and how analytics infrastructure — built right — compounds into durable business advantage. TransactIG is the product of that career-long conviction applied to the reconciliation problem.
