The Integration Process
Six stages, one commitment: no figure goes live without being tied back to an expected answer, to the paisa. Discovery to Expansion — how a TransactIG engagement moves from first sample to a live envelope your ERP consumes.
A staged path, not a big-bang cutover
Reconciliation isn't a project you finish in a sprint and hand over. It runs every month-end for as long as your business runs, and its output ends up in front of an auditor. TransactIG's onboarding reflects that: six stages, each with a stated outcome, each verified before the next begins. There is no stage where the buyer is asked to trust the vendor on faith.
The first three stages are about capturing what your business actually looks like — the files, the tax overlay, the entities, the cadence. The last three are about getting live safely: verifying every figure against an expected-answer sheet, turning on scheduled feeds, and expanding scope only after the first stream is quiet. The pace of each stage is set by verification, not by calendar pressure — a single-entity, single-stream engagement moves faster than a multi-entity or multi-stream rollout, but the gates are the same.
Discovery. Format capture. Configuration & demo. Verification. Go-live. Expansion.
Every stage has a stated outcome. Stage transitions are gated on written verification, not on calendar pressure.
Discovery
We map your reconciliation problem in your own vocabulary — the sources you receive, the file formats they arrive in, the volumes per period, the tax overlay that applies (state-by-state where relevant), and whether you want dashboard-first (finance team in the UI), integration-first (headless envelope delivery), or both.
The output is a written scope note your CFO can sign off, not a slide deck. Nothing in the later stages surprises the buyer, because the buyer wrote the inputs.
Format capture
You share one real sample of each file type — anonymised is fine. We lock your exact file shapes so day-to-day uploads "just work" without per-run fiddling.
Every bank narrative pattern, every column header variant, every date format your team encounters gets pinned during this stage. Once locked, the file shapes are yours — you own them, and repeat uploads flow through without renegotiation.
Configuration & demo
Your reconciliation is configured (not coded) from our industry presets — 24+ industry-specific starting points covering healthcare, NBFC, manufacturing, real estate, jewellery, FMCG, and others.
You see your own scenario running on representative data, with expected results stated up front. The demo is your data, not a canned deck — you evaluate against what the engine actually returns on files that look like yours.
Verification
Every figure is tied back to an expected-answer sheet — to the paisa — at two levels: what the engine produces and what your team sees on screen. Nothing goes live on trust.
If the expected-answer sheet says ₹4,82,300.50, the envelope and the UI both say ₹4,82,300.50 or the engagement doesn't proceed. This is the hard gate before feeds turn on.
Go-live
Scheduled feeds turn on. Results are delivered per your consumption mode: the dashboard, the envelope API, or the file drop to your secure area.
Duplicate re-sends are ignored automatically. Failed pulls raise operator alerts, not silent gaps. Your initial live period runs with our onboarding team on standby until the feeds are quiet — after that, you own the cadence.
Expansion
Additional streams (adding NACH after bank, adding GSTR-2B after TDS), additional entities (multi-GSTIN roll-out), and — from the next release — ERP write-back with human-in-the-loop approval on every posting.
Expansion is optional and paced by you. Nothing is forced by roadmap pressure — the engagement grows when your scope grows.
Three commitments we make in writing
Reconciliation output ends up in front of statutory and internal auditors. That reality shapes every guarantee below — none of them are marketing lines, all of them are testable.
ISO 27001:2022
Certified information security management system. Scope, controls, and the operator posture are documented on our certifications page.
Certification details →Tenant isolation
API-key-scoped access. Cross-organisation access is structurally impossible, not policy-discouraged — the same guarantee runs from the UI down to the envelope.
Determinism & isolation guarantees →Provisional-vs-final labelling
Figures are labelled provisional until your CA signs the final tax positions. This honesty posture is a differentiator — an auditor should never see a "final" figure that's actually a work-in-progress estimate.
